It's perfectly okay. Not my favorite, honestly, but it was the first mod to have a hug, I just wish your exploration was more free. There is a lot of backtracking and movement.

What mod is this?

Quake is a mood piece with nothing below it's surface.

The fact that it has no story or direction is a valid criticism given the solid framing of the previous two games by id.

It's not some solidified vision outside of the sound design, it's a game that's more notable for it's influence and engine than it is for the gameplay itself. Maybe you like Quake's dueling combat better, but it kind of conflicts with a lot of the tight, claustrophobic levels. It's not really scary and it's not really conducive to fun either.

Is this technically Blackface?
