/vr/ - Retro Games

I probably have a hardware problem with my PS2 (problematic Ethernet port).
I was wondering if anyone knows a forum with people that might have the experience to help me understanding what the exact issue is.

PS2 isn't retro, so I won't post it here, but I'm figuring out people here might know communities that are focused on preservation etc.

Its pretty funny because the Redditor guy who found the prototype playstion was offered $200k I think before this youtube "engineer" retard *repaired* it. Now im sure the value is diminished because its not original parts anymore. I dont know if its gore but it makes me cringe. I definitely would have taken the money.
