Real talk, unless you're very handsome or pretty, don't have a lot of footage of just a talking head, if at all. Do you have at good voice? Have you taken acting, improv, or theatre classes, worked in tv or radio production? Have you edited video before? Do you have an interesting, original hook? Not just a gimmick like a puppet or Tim & Eric style graphic fx, but what is something unique you can bring to the format -- either in the content itself, or in the way it's being delivered to your audience. Lastly, remember that brevity is the soul of wit; a three minute long discussion about one interesting concept or mechanic that is engaging is always going to be preferable to a ten minute review.
