Capcom developed modern SF with ridiculous amounts of stun in the hope of allowing normies to actually see what's happening during all those complicated combos so they can superficially emulate all their esports heroes, but the unfortunate result is that SF4 and 5 simply play like shit for both amateur and pro players alike.
