I had a video pulled up on my phone that walked me through taking it apart, I just did the reverse to put it back together. Less of a nightmare than I expected, although I kind of cheated out since I didn't fully take the laptop apart. The top cover where the keyboard rests wasn't detaching from the bottom panel in some places I couldn't get to and I didn't want to risk breaking it, so I juts hit what I could with canned air.

I pulled up SF real quick right after exiting the game and it said most things were running around 60C, which is a lot better than the 70 or even 80 it used to pull.

Laptops suck shit for disassembly. If you can find a video of your specific laptop on Youtube and follow it with something else like a phone or another computer I'd recommend doing that.
