Also, the actual liquid part was almost like glycerin, and the little colored bits didn't have much of a taste to them but they were all weird and squishy--it was like eating technicolored boogers. So yeah, you had two weird textures combined with a bad taste which amounted to a thoroughly unpleasant beverage.

Hello /vr/, dumbass here. I need your help. I got a copy of DKC3 for a very low price. I checked the PCB and the save battery was detached from it. I used some tape and tested it in the SNES and it saved. 10mins later i turned on the console and the save file was still there. 1hr later the save file was gone. So, i replaced it with a new one. Before soldering i decided to test it with the new battery, saved, and the same thing happened again! the save file only works for like 30 mins.

I have made sure that the battery didnt move when i glued it with the tape, so my question is:this wont happen again if i solder the battery? or it is possible that a game "eats" the save file even with a brand new battery?

Guess I'm done with the outlines, I'll continue with coloring at Monday, won't be home the next days.
I'll do the background last though, it's a lot of work to redraw and color it, I think.
