It's the successor to Star Luster, but Star Ixiom is my favorite game on the console. It's pretty cool when you get to the stage where you fight galaga later and the old theme song starts playing.

I have the japanese version that I bought for super cheap not knowing what the game was, but now that I brought it up I should finally get around to downloading the english PAL one.
