Well, the Summoner from Doom 4 is the most feminine demon so far(I mean you can clearly see the pussy).

But I don't if they would look good. Maybe in Eternal we're going to have female version of more humanoid demons. Just give them tits and slightly wider hips and minor design differences.

That wouldn't even be the first time Id Software made a sexualized enemy. Look at the Iron Maiden from Quake 2
