>Sound Caulk PC
>Vanilla Essence
Was not aware of these. Cool.

I also used Reactive Crosshair, but then I became aware of TargetSpy, which I think replaces its functionality with extra goodies.

I'll post some of my autoload essentials that aren't included in yours:
>footsteps.pk3
Does what it says on the tin. Doomguy is no longer a floating gun. Now he's a gun with audible feet.
>healthwarning.pk3
If you are running Babel, you don't need this because it's already included in Babel. I find the audio warning at low health to be super useful always.
>Sprite Shadows
Does what it says on tin
>Damage Direction Overlay
Shows from where you've been shot and for how much damage on the borders of the screen, so you don't have to look everywhere for the thing shooting you.
>DamNums
Because it's satisfying to see floating numbers of the damage you do when you shoot
>DoomSFX
Better vanilla weapon sounds for Doomguy. Can't play without it anymore, otherwise the guns feel weak.
>TargetSpy
Very customizable, allows you to see health of enemies and optionally draws a target frame over them (I find this replaces the Reactive Crosshair functionality like I said above - although they might be of reduced use when you are playing with perma mouselook because you already know what you're aiming at)

And finally, one that might be an odd pick for some but I really dig it:

>AllClear_HM
plays the droning tense theme from hotline miami when all enemies in a map have been killed, along with showing a prompt above saying "All Enemies Killed" or something like that.
