Casually spawns in a pack of monsters (including either Gunners or Gladiators depending on difficulty and even the regular Medics sporadically) AND is a pain in the dick to get rid off on its own without a BFG (also on Nightmare he gets a PowerShield - pretty much gets 50% more hp if you dont use the ETF rifle specifficaly)
