I like Land 2 and 3 least of the series as well. Also, since you liked the first Land best, you have to play VB Wario, it's like the first one except improved in virtually every way.

It has a bad reputation because it failed, and very few people ever owned one.
The few people who tried it all loved it.
Some people who tried it said it made their eyes/head hurt, this was probably due to not adjusting the focus and IDP switches.
