Not as good as 2 but I personally prefer it over 1. I love the alpine setting, its super nostalgic and takes me back to camping in the mountains as a kid.
Any other games that nail that feel? Hill Top Zone in Sonic 2 scratches the itch but not much else I know of.

I don't think OP's pic is particularly good looking.
I prefer the first Jazz game in terms of graphics, reminds me of Sonic 2.
