I'm not, the game devs did. They didn't put it in the game, which is when it matters. Look at JRPGs. Look at Shinobi. Look at games like Symphony of the Night. All games that have stories in the game. Not in books exclusive to the japanese language. If it was meant to matter, it would have been in the game.
