Blending calves/feet and forearms/hands is not "Popeye Arms", where his forearms are giant fucking bulging balls. Even the og FF7 characters didn't have their limbs referred to as, "Popeye Arms" but rather, "Hershey's Kisses". Toadstool doesn't have Popeye Arms at fucking all. She's more akin to classic Mega Man Roll.

Mega Man Powered Up was fun because it had hours and hours of shitty busywork to get through beating every level with every single Robot Master on every difficulty, but my favorite was ROLL! She wasn't very good but I could play using her Mega Man 8 attire so I was very happy. Plus they let you download Protoman so you didnt have to do the missions to actually unlock him
I spent so many hours chipping away at the % on Powered Up. Only PSP game I still own come to think, my PSP broke forever ago
