I knew it accepted gamepad, it plays really nice like that, too bad the Xbox controller defaults to using the sticks instead of the pad.

Just replayed it, and it is true! At least the main programmers and one of the sprite artists, which is the meat of the game. Checked with credits on Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late
No wonder the game is so good, You can keep playing and keep discovering new things, like special cancel into EX and even Super, or you can faint a high jump by tapping down, then up, but letting go of up really fast.

Checked it and just from the opening movie it feels like GIGA boss sent his nephew to cobble up a game
