I like this thread.

Thrill Kill was going to be a really violent/sexual S&M themed fighter. It was completed but shelved at the last minute because the publisher thought it would be too offensive.

Eventually, the game saw a release after it was reskinned with a kung fu movie theme, and the characters were replaced with THE ENTIRE WU-TANG CLAN, SON.
