I used to use one of these a lot. Yeah it was pretty big and had a nice screen area, but shit was RF only and it didn't even have a comb filter, just a shitty bandpass one so everything was full of awful rainbow stripes. The picture was not very tight either and it had really fat scanlines. Pretty much the bare minimum of a consumer TV set.

And yeah, you can see what the seller is trying to do here. I know this particular model a little too well and can assure you it's not worth that money.
