Granted, I am talking about a brief magnetic field with far more strength that what would come out of desktop-size speakers, so take that with a grain of salt since it might be apples to oranges.

I also don't notice any effect from the Kenmore speaker below my monitor (though I had a set of Anwa speakers affecting an Emerson CRT in another room with even further spacing before I moved the speakers up to a higher level than where they resided)

I went ahead and took a shot of the revised setup since I had the camera out. Still needs additional cabling/switchers in place as well as a larger cart for my consoles to the left (offscreen). Not to mention getting rid of the boxes of NEC Monitor and misc HVAC parts.
