My brother bought me pic related a couple of years back. Basically the same shit tech as the one you got except you only had built in games and crappy Wii-ripoff controllers that only worked if you were directly in front of the main unit.

The emulation is absolutely dire, literally. Sound way off, glitched to buggery graphics, buggy gameplay.

How Sega could lend their name to such crap I'll never know...
