I suppose you could run some controller extension cords under the TV stand (I have a dreamcast keyboard stashed under mine), but I honestly don't play them often enough to be bothered by an open door for an hour or three.

I still have an old plasma TV with ample analog and digital inputs. Everything pictured is connected to the TV, with some newer HDMI devices routed through the AVR. I'm contemplating an OLED upgrade and still haven't found an elegant solution to connecting old devices to a new TV that will probably only have three HDMI ports.
