You can see a Roland U-110 in the background of the part with the sound guy. That's where most of the instrument sounds in Super SF2 Turbo's soundtrack came from.

CPS2 is my favorite. CPS1 is second. The SNES versions are kind of nostalgic due to having played them a lot as a kid, but end up sounding a bit cheap compared to the arcade versions.

Here's a bit of trivia for you. Most of the samples used in the CPS2 version's soundtrack come from a late 80's Roland sound module called the U-110 and it various expansion cards. You can even see said module in Capcom's sound studio during a mid 90s fanclub video (pic related; it's the black machine with the green LCD display to the left of the guy's head).
