They are all tetrised into boxes. It is best to keep mobile, since the slumlords around here keep raising the rent without timely fair responses to issues with the property. You kind of get familiar with the location of stuff since it is always being interacted with.

The NT mini offers the other cores which interests me, as I don't have much experience with 8-bit consoles outside of the ones produced by Nintendo and NEC. Playing NES and Famicom games with analog RGB output is a very welcome addition too. Those are the features that set the NT mini apart from the AVS for me. Besides, I think the AVS is ugly when playing Famicom titles with the lid up showing the "AVS" banner. I am hoping Analogue does consider a plastic shell and only 2 controller inputs if that reduces the cost, but I am not willing to give up on the analog outputs which was my primary issue with the Super NT (aside from lack of cores for other systems).

I lack the dexterity, technical expertise, knowledge, and equipment to perform the RGB modification. I have e-mailed the few modders online to get pricing, but they all seem to be busy with other projects and/or charges over $300USD for the mod work to be done, not counting the system and shipping.

I am pretty old that I do remember penmanship was taught in schools. Times have changed, and I have let my handwriting go.

Everyone loved this game. I remember the magazine ads, but then suddenly no mention of the game ever again. It is like it disappeared from the collective consciousness.

Every now and then, I may reuse a note, but the paper gets tossed to the recycle bin. Bing points, amazon credit, my burger flipping job, and stuff from times when things were cheap is exactly how I got things. Sega consoles were hated in my area and no one wanted them (and the same here on /vr/) so they were very cheap at one point where I got the majority of stuff (I was not kidding when I said the X'eye was found in an alley). The OSSC is a recent purchase, I don't get to buy much but it was my one big ticket item this year. Nintendo items were once cheap, but I didn't get many because my NES died when they were, that's why I have so few NES games in comparison to others here.

I did, but the post also mentions that without any enclosure is the same price as the RetroUSB AVS. It appears to have the outputs I am looking for, but just as high priced and I do not have a Famicom to NES adapter (I only have NES games, didn't get any Famicom stuff aside from a gift from an old friend as pictured). I can't afford to 3D print a sweet enclosure either (I still really like the aesthetics of a Toploader NES).

Admittedly, I am not quite a fan of the RetroUSB's trapezoidal enclosure (view from top) either nor its flip open lid left there to top load a Famicom game (front loading a NES game is still cool to me since the lid should close right back with the game inserted). Integrated Four Score is nice.
