You could open up the scart end (easily done, we can see the screw-retainer) and rewire it to be RGBS output with just a little soldering. It has all the parts you need since I assume you already have phono to BNC adapters on your PVM

I was referring to the spares in this picture. I kind of changed my mind half way through the post and changed the image.

Sound isn't an issue as I send the audio to my mixer which has a main out that goes to my speakers and a tape out which goes to what I'm capturing to. Currently my VCR.

I'll most likely just do Saturn to BNC. The idea of scart was so I could swap it with my other scart cables instead of having to unplug from the monitor itself.
