>overly recycled assets and enemies
>frequently cheap enemy placement
>can't skip opening animation even after changing the fucking options
>having to button mash for power ups
>weapons aren't very useful especially since they're on a time limit
>final boss, while visually interesting is dull mechanically
>no continues or passwords
This game isn't just overrated, it's straight up bad.

Been playing some of this recently and going through some older Genesis games.

It's honestly not very fun. I really hope the Genesis actually has some enjoyable games that don't just feel like tapping B and going through the motions.
