Reposting this for more opinions, since it was at like 4 am last night in last thread when I did:
So I was just reading the manual to Heretic and I see this in the story:
>"Alone, without weapons, the surviving Sidhe would surely perish at the hands of the Order of the Triad."

So he wasn't full of shit then? They really are in the same universe?

Rise of the Triad's release date: December 21, 1994

Heretic's release date: December 23, 1994

El Oscuro's organization is called the Order of the Triad in RoTT. And the symbols for both are very similar (ROTT Triad's is lower left and Heretics is bottom right) which is why someone had asked Romero this in the first place. We know Romero was working closely with Raven during the development of Heretic and he was also helping/consulting and going to the offices to see Tom when RoTT was being made around the same time.

So are they really the same universe?
