The first video is the Cobray Streetsweeper, which is the really cheap licensed version by, well, Cobray. It lacks the feature of the Strike/Protecta guns where it taps off a little bit of gas from the bore to eject your last spent shell (it also has a little gate which slides down after you fire your first shot, so you don't eject your twelfth shell). The Cobray is also far lower quality.

It's quite a lot better. You can usually tell them apart from that boxy shell deflector behind the loading gate/ejection port, as well as a plastic winding knob (instead of the flat sheet steel one), and often a cylinder advance lever above the pistolgrip.
