Holy fuck you're embarrassing, you're posting like this is your first time on 4chan. You're the idiot who mistook him and acted like a retard.

Thanks for the info. It turns out the GCW is impossible to get a hold of in Europe though. Thanks anyway.

Sorry for getting cranky. And for the record, I don't object to reaction images, just posts that don't have any information other than just "I disagree"

You have proof that runs counter to >>1318585's claim?

You must understand, I'm not interested in your internet maymays and poorly screencapped 'hilarious' posts, I want to know what portable SNES machine to buy.

I Googled and it was used for betting on horses in JRA PAT, or possibly for the modem. Can anyone confirm?

I was refering as using the Atari 2600 as inspiration.

No, sorry, I mean new original games.
I was using space invader as some example of the scope I'm thinking.

I would love to make some shit on unity, but even spelunky took Derek yu 2 years of development.
I just would like to make a game in one week, not in 5 years.

Hi /vr/
I would like to ask if at least here there would be people interested into remakes of Atari 2600 games?

What I mean, is that I would like to do some shit on unity, I always wanted to make some games as hobby, but I feel even a NES game is too complex for me.

So, I was looking at making some new game inspired by the Atari 2600.
Like making a new Space Invaders.
But I would like to hear if someone is interested.

TL:DR Atari 2600 thread.

hey guys, I know this is a total newbie retro question, but if I buy a Super Famicom could I play US carts on it with a simple mod or something? Would a flash cart work as well?

I'm asking because I really like the design and color scheme of the Super Famicom rather than the purples of the SNES, and I would much prefer to own and play my games on that. I am looking to buy a flash cart as well, because I just want to play the games on the real hardware.

I haven't run XP in years, but I think I just needed a 3DFX Glide wrapper, when I did.

To be safe, you should download Benny's Setup and Launcher apps.

These will eliminate most problems you may run into.

Yeah, to be honest it seemed too hardcore and depressing. The post apocalyptic theme was a real downer.

The old megaman games, even megaman 7 seemed more vibrant, cartoonish and cheerful.

arc2 was honestly up there in the best games that I have ever played. The sprites were beautiful, the world was lush, the story was rather interesting and all of the characters were fun to play.

It started going downhill around this point and time, this great disaster postmortem was a real downer. I really doubt that thought could have lost that much tech too.The artwork suffered due to trying to incorporate early PS1 3D art

I didn't know that people will ride a rollercoaster when it's raining if only a single tile is underground. You never stop learning.

I appreciate the thread since I got the ps1s I ordered just about an hour ago packaged with about 2 dozen games(1/2 of them are german only though), mostly licensed and racing stuff. I'll get to trying them all later tonight, might find some gems. Though stuff like Alundra and RE is the reason that I got interested in the system anyway.

I'll probably chip one of them later.
