Just started my playthrough of this game. Hopefully it turns out well. I have fond memories of playing the first level of this game from a demo disc when I was younger. Let's hope the rest of the game doesn't horribly disappoint me.

I'd suggest Grandia for the PSX. It's personal preference, of course, but it's one of my all time favorite RPGs for the system.

This game seems pretty good. The whole jumping around as a ball thing is kind of awkward, but maybe I just need some practice with it.Opinions of the game?

Another interesting game I found while journeying through the NES library. I'm big into platformers, so I'm already into this. ANybody played it? Is it decently long? Is it really easy? Or any good for that matter?

Alright, this game pisses me off. It's another arcade port and I'm sure this version is massively inferior. Your main move in this game are your spins, which are near to impossible to land. In order to do the events in the game, you need to acquire tickets by getting points. You get these points by doing tricks. You're only real trick is your spin.

I see a MAJOR problem with this. I got to the point where I was desperately trying to land these damn things, so I wouldn't be killed by bees. It didn't work.

This is a game that really isn't a game. It's actually a fortune telling simulation. It's also in Japanese, so unless you can read moon runes...you'll probably wanna skip this.

Also the fortunes were only good for the year 1989, so you're also out of luck there. In other words, there basically is no reason you should ever want to start this up.

Wouldn't you know it? I'm not a big fan of sport games. They just aren't my style, even less so when they are as simplistic as this one. You don't get to pick teams, you don't get to pick plays, in fact you really don't get to do much of anything. You'll spend most of your time running, as passing the ball tends to usually end up with it getting intercepted.

I only played until the end of the first half. Figured I'd seen all I needed to see.

I have a love-hate relationship with this game. For some reason, I thoroughly enjoy this title. However, there are a number of things that also irritate the piss out of me. I don't care much for the hit and run tactics of enemy encounters. Misjudge your distance and you get hurt. I don't care much for the control of your bird while playing single player. I'm also not a fan of the fact that a LOT of important shit is hidden in the walls of each level. Without these things, it is nearly impossible to beat the levels and some of them are actually REQUIRED to beat the game.

Even so, I really want to beat this thing. I might have to use a guide to figure out where all the items are hidden, but this just might be one of my first actual LP series.
