Although I downloaded a rom, tried to emulate it annd FUCK it's dark. In some maps I can't see shit, don't know if I have to touch some settings or what.

I'm "chained" to Daggerfall. I've become some sort of Elder Scrolls "fan" but for the atmosphere of the games and the lore a couple interns write in the books and stuff.
What I mean with being chained to Daggerfall is that I have tried over 50 FUCKING times to beat it but every rom I download bugs in some quest or some dungeon and fucks up the main quest. I've come to use now a build that is fun to use but absolutely breaks and beats all other builds, and in all the 5 years I have been playing the game (not continuously, I'm not THAT autistic) I maybe have seen 0,01% of the map, and I believe I have missed nothing of interest.

So... it IS (for me) a very interesting game... which I love AND hate. It's a bug in game form. It's so huge it's retarded, as it doesn't matter a bit for a lot of the areas are copied and pasted, whole cities and dungeons, so it gets a little boring.

But sure if someone says it's a high quality game he deserves a thrashing. It's like lo-fi proto black metal, innovative and interesting but such a fucking pain in the ass, and not much worth the experience
