The way I do it is first you dig a 5 foot hole directly below the default support. Then place an object that gets rid of the support, not move it (the one I usually use is the Clock in the garden section). It should work.

Reduce using parts of coasters that can make high nausea (Like mosts inversions and helixes). I'm not saying that inversions are bad, but using too many can be overkill and cause a shitload of nausea.

Also stay away from high nausea roller coasters and rides in general. These include Space Rings, Stand-Up Roller Coaster, Heartline Twists, Inverted, etc.

I usually bank a majority of my curves, unless they are right after the station, the lift hill, and the brake run (if it slows to a good speed.)

Right click on your RCT2 (presuming that it's 2) shortcut and click on "properties". After that, click on "Open File Location".

If the screenshots aren't on there, click on "Compatibility Files" on the top and they should appear. If you want to post them you have to drag them into Paint and save them as a .png or .jpg because the screenshots are saved as bitmaps.

So I started up on a RCT contest going on in /r/rollercoastercontests and since the main attraction for this month was supposed to be wooden, I decided to go for a large generic wooden roller coaster.
