i prefer revenge but think 2 is miles better than both as its a m ore pure arcade racing experience. BO3s popularity is s mystery to me and abysmal sound track for cunts aside every course is just endless 90 degree turns with minimal risks from walls etc, take downs are baby easy. Despite what the idiot here says revenges traffic checking is moot when you are actually playing well as the standard of gold medal times for the time attack stages is pretty high mostly so youll wanna be on the wrong side of the road and taking some of the short cuts which unlike shite 3 have tons of dangerous things you can crash into like bins, ledges etc, it also has a darker aesthetic and some actually decent tunes however get based xbox and you have custom soundtracks.

Chav doesn't play or like shmups so why does he stalk us?
Chav is obsessed with how others view him, he wants friends, he wants to be liked desperately, yet he's too lazy and delusional to change and become a better more likeable person. Shmup players know the truth about him and this irritates him to no end. So we get to see his mental gymnastics everyday watching him do cope backflips while insulting everything that threatens his flimsy reality or reminds him that he's a bald, unemployed, angry, vindictive manlet, that no girl wants to be around or talk to. that his hobbies are a joke, that he as nothing to be proud of. that he has no ground to criticize anyone since he's the biggest mentally ill loser around. He rages about trans people because he thinks they are easy targets to bully. Ever since our shmup community rejected him and his ideas he's been seething and plotting trying to prove us wrong. He can't admit his own flaws and the Dao larp made him more complacent and oblivious to his mountain of problems and self deceptions. He's also obsessed with 'controlling the narrative' around here, trying to prove he was right and shmup community was wrong and how his way of shaping the community is better than our way.
He has no one to convince and talk to in real life so he comes here talking about off topic historical points because he has zero (absolutely nothing) going for him in his life. His future is totally fucked and anything that reminds him of this (i.e Eaglet getting married and having a kid) ignites his fury and seethe, all because deep down self loathing is eating away at him. Anything he likes and can't have ignites his sour grapes cope (but girls are stinky! hair is a Hollywood scam! Good PCs and video cards are a scam!) Even seeing guys compliment Asian chicks sets him off on racist rants.

Doom is all about situational awareness, solving minor navigational puzzles and avoiding projectiles and maybe shooting stuff if you feel like it

CoD is about delivering precise hits on low-mobility targets and taking cover after taking too much hits, because if you ty and pass without taking out the targets you get pelted with shots and die. Unless you are playing sp on kiddie difficulty or MP with literal kids (which happens often though).

NAM encorporates pretty much everything bad about CoD model of FPS, while being built upon the bones of oldschool FPS which leads to a disgusting putrid mix.

What do you think, /vr/, is this a tool assisted speedrun? Why or why not?

I know that it's an old video at this point, but I watched this the other day and I've been wondering. The guy has a whole series of well-played vidya videos on his channel and he claims that none of them are tool assisted. He has tens of thousands of views over the years and apparently nobody has been able to prove him wrong. So either he's really good player, or a really good troll.

Personally, I'm inclined to believe he's more likely the latter. There's just too many things in this and other videos he made that come down to chance, or luck. And somehow they all work out to his favor, which logically seems like something that would become increasingly unlikely with each and every time it happens consecutively.

Many times the things he does rely not just on hitting the right button inputs but would also require insanely fast reflexes. The average human brain physically can't react quickly enough to accommodate certain things he appears to be capable of in this and other videos.

Plus, if you just look at it, it really does resemble a TAS. Every movement is very precise and perfectly executed, sometimes to the point of being frame-perfect. The overall playing style has that clean, sort of highly efficient quality of a TAS. Even world record holders in this game, whose videos are also available online, aren't able to replicate this effect so well.
