The layout and the tools it give you look really cool on the outside, I thought it would've been a great idea to connect with people outside of the two forums and here. But apparently everything I post needs to be approved, which isn't instantly. The tutorial I wrote earlier today (which I was hoping I'd come back and everybody would tell me how shit it was) STILL isn't up. Why the fuck not?

My news post also was apparently "archived" because it didn't meet the standards of the site, however it's still readable on the TSP page. Why would I write a news post so it can be posted three hours later? At least the downloads were posted pretty quickly, but geeze, this shit makes me AGITATED.

Oh hey there! The Space Pirate is now on ModDB at the suggestion of someone from the ZDoom Forums. Apparently everything has to be approved (for some reason), so the page will probably look empty for a bit. Still, you can download those old versions while you're there, and hopefully at some point in the near future look at the news I posted and read the goofy tutorial I spent way too long writing.

Try moving it to the right instead of the left after the animation, kind of like a "cut-through" sorta thing. When I mime it with my hands that makes a lot more sense, but it definitely still looks better than before. Nice stuff!

I think the issue with the animation is that the horizontal slash feels really light. There's no weight behind it so it looks like Brutal Doomguy is kind of just swinging it back and forth. The downwards slash also looks kind of choppy and could similarly use more weight in it's animation to make it more impactful, but otherwise it's looking promising.

Travel times through space are taking a bit more than expected, weapons are jamming and the starboard alpha reactor core is decreasing in polarity, thus a hyper space jump to get to our destination is highly volatile and could cause the ship to crash. Right now our estimated ETA is sometime in the nearest of futures, but we can't be too certain.
