For the elite of us, yes. OpenEmu has:
>gorgeous UI that easily works with mouse
>endless customization options
>homebrew portal (entirely optional and can be hidden on command)
>steady updates and community support
>auto quit/load savestates
>works with any controller you throw at it out of the box
The only thing is needs is PS2/Saturn/Dreamcast emulation and it will be perfect.
