God damn duplicate images.
You were a small orc clan stranded on an island on the verge of extinction. Trough hard work you resettled the ruins of a village and built a wooden paliside for protection.
Trough the time you spent on the island you encountered a Cyclop faction living in the mountains to the east. You have established a friendly relationship with them and they are willing to trade tech and resources with you. As of now they have sent an earth mage to teach Rockjaw and your other shaman the earthquake spell.


Your population has grown due to the abundance brought by improved tools with which you work the land. Your food buildings are a boar pen, vegetable farm. You had a small fishing boat but some slaver humans hijacked it and kidnapped the 3 of the crew. Luckily 1 of the fishermen escaped tha slavers and managed to report their ship sailing east.
Fortunately for you the construction of a medium sized ship has finished and the ship was deployed to the shore. One of the orcs thinks connects the abandoned village you have resettled to the slavers. Those humans probably enslaved the previous owners.

An aspiring warlord has come of age. His name is Gra'Ghus and he is burning to desire to prove his worth as a leader of the orcs. A diplomat is in training and will be ready in 2 turns. Rockjaw and his shaman will finish training next turn.

With the help from the cyclops we start building 2 stone towers to the south. ( 5 wood and 35 stone each ) (ready in 2 turns)
Everyone who isn't building the towers splits up between the mine, logging camp , blacksmith and farms.
The orc warmachine's gears have finally started moving. We produce 18 iron armors.
Rockjaw and his apprentice now know how to cast an earthquake (1 turn). Also they have learn a combat spell *Rock MIssile*.

The cyclops have encountered the previous owners of our settlement. They remember them being small little beings calling themselves halflings. They were trading food for stones and tools the cyclops made.

A long time ( some time before we settled the ruins ) They ceased trading food and the cyclops had to deal with famine because they were too dependent on the halfling traderoute.

They sent someone to check on the halflings but found a deserted village with abandoned barren farms. One or two corpses rotting here and there.

The cyclops decided to shelter themselves in case the threat that befell the halflings comes to them.

Also rockjaw helped building the 2 towers and enchanted them to give minor defense bonus against magic attacks.

We have 2 stone towers 1 on the coast south of us. They can be connected with a wall ( 1 turn and 40 stone 20 workers 5 cyclops)
A dock can be built (1 turn 40 stone 15 workers 5 cyclops)
Or we can start resettling between the two towers ( 30 stone 10 wood per turn for 3 turns requires 15 workers

Our blacksmiths can now produce ballistas. (4 wood 1 metal) They can fire at long ranges and can do small damage to ships and walls. and medium damage to gates. Require trained crew.

All the blacksmiths concentrate on producing ballistae. They manage to build 6 of the war machines.
Graghus takes 12 of our guys and trains them on how to use the ballistae. 2 Ballistae get mounted on the ship 2 are mounted the towers and 2 stay in the town. Rockjaw helps the builders finish the wall enchanting it with minor magic resistance.

Yes he can. But you will need to use his shaman too. Also it won't happen easily.
You will need a total of 100 in rolls and will have rockjaw perform making the traps untill the roll add to 100
(example u roll 20 this turn next turn you have to roll 80+ to finish the spell, if you don't you add your roll and and have to roll (100-(20+2nd roll)+ etc untill u reach 100

The blacksmiths find a way to improve our boats. Making them faster. They design a metal ramming point to be added to all future ships bigger than medium ones. Our ships can now ram enemy ships if we are faster than them. This way we can board and capture them if we can repair them fast enough.

Our shaman tries to repeat the rockthrow but fails missing with 1 -2 metres.

We aim our bows and the ballistae killing 9 more of them. 17 humans remaining. Their morale is bad.

We get our ship on par with theirs and board it. Sending a shield wall of warriors to kill everybody. Due to our awesome melee skills and iron discipline in the presense of Gra'Ghus we don't lose any orcs in the melee fight. Also our crew gains experience in boarding.

4 of our orcs remember how a wild boar killed one of their comrades while he tried to capture it. They decide that boars can be used in the great orc war-machine.
4 beastmasters gained they will train 2 boars into warboars per turn . 1 War boar consumes 1 food per turn. War boars can be rided by small races but orcs are too big for them. Also they can wear of most melee attack before they die. And when they die from weapons (not poisoned ) they can still be eaten.

The free orcs and all the free shamans go and reinforce the village walls into stone walls( considering the village is smaller than the port they finish this in 1 turn)

I can see we should make some more farms so we can stockpile more food. that depends on what kind of breed of horses we have. some of the lighter breeds don't perform well as war horses, and depending how heavy our orcs are, they may be a heavy load for them to carry. but they could do well as a fast out rider message deliverer type of jobs.

Also fishing beats farming by 0.5 but you still need both in order to have varied diet.

Gra'Ghus manages to extract the information that the humans have at least 20 horsemen in their capital. Both of their cities have stone walls with towers just like ours. Tho their colony to the west has wooden houses. Also all their weapons are made from steel.
He reveals the fact that they were planning to make a large ship.

After the interrogation he is left with the other prisoners. One of them stabs him with makeshift blade and kills the captain for revealint the precious information.
On any further attempts to get information from then the captives will bite their tongues in order not to talk
