honestly i don't think you need to make blanket rules. its pretty obvious when people are doing stuff in game to work out sexual kinks (think of all the unnecessary rape scenarios THAT GUY threads produce) and whether or not its just standard role-playing.

Ultimately its up to the players and the GM what they are going to allow. Saying "this or that should never happen" is just taking the fun and variety from this kind of game.

On the flip side, if you play a Unicorn, you automatically get three military/superior weapons for free.

Normal horn should be +2/1d6/Defensive or +3/1d6. Also, drop heavy blade. It's a horn, no bladed edge. Just a pointed tip.
Hooves are daggers with an extra +1 just 'cause, and are also clubs. They should be +2/1d4 clubs. Drop light blades, because they're fucking hooves. Not blades.
Powerful Horn should go down a damage tie, but other is pretty fair, since that would make it +2/1d10/High Crit two-hander.

If you want higher damage, you should have to sink a feat to make your natural weapon on par with a military weapon.
