How do you pronounce C'tan? I pronounce it like Cthon, the first boss of Quake.

The ' is in there specifically so you won't pronounce it that way. In names it's used as a sort of separator, telling you the preceding sound is likely hard and that you should not slur the sounds together like you would with Cthulu.
