Gotta be my boy here. Xenagod is a close second.

My main man Kruphix. I get to play my big timmy X-spells and back them up with countermagic. What's not to love?

>What is your favorite mechanic and why?
Mana-banking, I just love being able to store my mana and save up for huge X-spells and the like. I want a commander that does it for every Gx combination to experience all the different flavors of X-spell it could be used for.

Kruphix X-spells is simple and fun. I like to see how just how absurdly high I can get my mana count without actually going infinite. Then you get to nuke people with 1000 1000/1000 hydras or BSZ and other such spells.

I'd recommend Kruphix. He lets you play a "draw-go" style control deck were you can bank your mana for fatties the next turn backed up by counterspells to shut off removal and boardwipes.
He can get expensive if you want to put a bunch of eldrazi or something in, but he can be fine with a very cheap threat package - stuff like Hydra Broodmaster, Stormtide Leviathan, etc are all very good.

>Have you ever run a deck that exists to make people miserable?
Unintentionally. I build a Krupix deck so I could play all my favorite fatties; all the good eldrazi, the on-colour praetors, etc. Then I threw in a bunch of counters to back them all up.
Turns out a ton of annihilator + countering all my opponents relevant things doesn't make for a very good time for my opponents. One of my buds has even gone so far as to say the motto of my deck is "there is a finite amount of fun to be had in a match, and your deck monopolizes it."

Kruphix. The commander you're looking for is Kruphix.

Kruphix is a pretty solid Eldrazi commander if you want access to blue.
