>it can smash through reinforced materials and do damage right down to the bone.
So can level 3 strength. JJ could put his fist straight through a persons head. And Mr. Negative was no selling JJ's punches. The only way we were able to do any damage was combing strength with claws. We can't combine OFB and claws so it would take at least level 4 to do any damage to Mr. Negative.

VIBRATIONAL FOCUSING
Requires: Level 3 Sonic Scream, Level 4 Enhanced Senses, Level 3 Enhanced Agility
Cost: 2
JJ may refine the normal kinetic force of his physical attacks into focused vibrational waves. These pulses can pass travel through materials to deliver the force of his attacks to a particular part of a system, rather than spreading it across said system’s surface area.

This was my main reason for wanting it. But ya, that vote had way more voters than normal, so someone was probably spamming. Nothing we can do about it tho.

Let's save the full nuclear option for the roll after this, if it doesn't finish him. Just in case of a crit in either direction.

Hey fa/tg/uys, myself and a friend are working on a homebrew RPG system where magic users have a constantly regenerating pool of mana that refills at the start of every combat round. Now obviously this will mean magic will have a much smaller scale of effect than, say, D&D where you can create your own demi-plane to chill in. Unfortunately most of my background in playing RPGs involves 3.5/Pathfinder, GURPS, and Warhammer RPG (both fantasy and 40k), the first two of which have powerful spells and slow mana regen and the last two have HORRIBLE THINGS CAN GO WRONG which we're trying to avoid to keep a cinematic feel. We're also trying to keep non-magic users relevant. Are there any good systems that do this well that I can use as a reference/inspiration/theft? Any suggestions on pitfalls we can avoid? I've already looked at Iron Kingdoms, but never got a chance to try it out.

Pic related, we have it set up so you can use any stat for magic casting, even strength.

Why Psywar/Decisive Strike Monk with Karmic (and in the future Robillar's) isn't a good idea? My DM keeps telling me it sucks beyond repair but so far I'm doing what I'm supposed to do

Fuck, man, why they need PCs to do an escort mission when they can take a dragon by themselves?

Guys, I think my DM might be a That DM.

We've just formed a group and are playing on the Star Wars Roleplaying Game system, in a homebrew setting, and things had been pretty normal for most of the game, until near the end of the first session we rescue a female DMPC from a stranded shuttle, and she turns out to be some from sort of Were-lion Catfolk Klingon race.

I'm getting a distinct vibe of blatant fap-fodder coming from this, and I'm worried about the direction this might lead the campaign in, but then again this is only the very first sign of trouble. Should I stick it out no matter what?
