And I think that's all I have. Going to double-check, but I have a lot more spaceships than airplanes.

Let's lift old battleships. Rebuild where necessary! BUILD A SPACE FLEET! Uchuu Senkan Yamato, Space Dreadnought Ark Royal, Sternenschlachtschiff Bismarck... FOR EARTH! FOR MANKIND! FOR GREAT JUSTICE!

Let's talk about legendary historical battleships, rebuilt and refit to be spaceworthy, in space opera science fiction settings. Why are they around? What advantage does it have to use an old seagoing frame? I need ideas!

Shit, I meant two strike cruisers, not light. Only about 10Masspoints of difference...

Long story short: My evil character is in a party that went to rescue some aristocrat's daughter. Said evil character, being evil, raped the daughter.

My GM, who is female, now wants me out of the group, because I am a 'disgusting pig'

I'm sad because I'm not joking. What do I do?

They didn't have missiles. Well, photon torps (or whatever it was called), but they were really just direct fire weapons too, not guided.

"Listen, I've got a plan that'll get you off planet, but it's going to be risky. All or nothing. You follow?" The swarthy man spat out a bit of tobacco, then pushed a map forward on the dimly lit table. "You have your Onyx-3 cruiser with a 30mm frontal gun. I've inspected the thing, it's not bad for a salvage job, but that little plinker on the front isn't doing jack to any real naval vessel. It's got enough shielding to shrug off a Wrecker salvo or two, but if you're caught in open space you'll be cut apart six different ways by the planetary defense grid."

"You're not telling me anything I don't know, Korthus." The slight woman across from the man leaned forward. "It's not my fault a 30mm was the largest ordnance I could get from the junkyard at Thebus."

"I'm just saying, if you had something respectable like a Demolisher 230C you'd be up and out of this sector in no time. As it stands you're relying on me, so put up with it." He paused, glancing around at the other three faces around the table. "You've brought me enough heat as is, so don't tell anyone Korthus MacDougal don't pay back his debts, alright?"

"Nobody's saying that, Korthus. But we still don't know what your plan is." The stocky man in the duster jacket pointed at the map. "I see your markings on the Gyre Floating Maze, but I'm not sure if Captain Hara is anywhere near good enough a pilot to get us through that."

"Nice way to show confidence in your captain, Tir." The woman tapped the map with a pen. "But then again, there isn't a pilot in the sector that could go through that thing. It's a ten mile path full of gigantic flying rock formations, and one small jab of the controls..." She made a snapping gesture. "There goes us and our cargo."
