I was playing some Freespace the other day and got a powerful lust for space dogfights in the 40K setting. Is there anything that will scratch this itch?

>Has completed 2 out of 30 "missions"

Here's what you guys should do, go beat up a lvl2 lion so you get abit more resources. It should be very easy for you guys. Remember that those cards saying "S" start in play, i.e Cunning for a lvl2 lion and Berserker for the Butcher.

For someone that smart your sure are stupid, unable to read, and doesn't understand what a proper study is.

>"You think we wouldn't notice that nose art?" she asks, her voice the barest whisper.
>"Our own take on that nose art of yours." She says, her grin, if anything, getting wider.
As the anon that came up with the nose art idea a few months back, I'm not disappointed.

Yup. The titular character is a simsense actress, and in the final section, the runners have to raid a hive to try to rescue her, not knowing it's already too late.

'Bug', as in 'centered on insect spirits' - critters from beyond the bounds of normal reality which have inhuman thought-processes and agendas, as well as a tendency to possess people in order to further their goals. 'Good merges' look human, but think like the alien critters they actually are; 'bad merges' look like a nightmarish blend of human and bug; 'true form' bug spirits look like a human-sized (or larger) insect. Typical breeds include ant, roach, fly, wasp, and termite.

There were several 'bug modules' in the early days of SR1/SR2, "Universal Brotherhood" being the most famous (and arguably a Holy Grail of SR fans).
>tfw I have a copy on my shelf
Queen Euphoria was the second, with Double Exposure following on. Unfortunately, much of the metaplot got derailed by Nigel Findley's death, including the bug-stuff. Bug City (mostly) wrapped up the 'bug' arc, IIRC.

And the worst part? The Bugs were the LEAST of the 'Greeblies From Beyond comin' to eat humanity' in the metaplot. The Horrors made them look like... well, insects and pests.
