The Nazi eugenics program was focused on taking *out* the
traits they disliked, the ones that took mankind away from the mythical Aryan superman. They were trying to return to an ideal (like the Imperial model of keeping mankind to the sacred template of human form) rather than trying to remake man into a new, superior form of life (like the Tau).

BoM had a few nice pieces, but the OEF was incredibly low quality and frustrating to rip art assets from.
