Chaos!

So a friend and I were talking about his GK and my chaos army and the things we can do with our army and such and my buddy trails off and mentions he doesn't understand how people can call his GK OP, then goes on to mention he thinks my Chaos army is OP because of everything they can do with all their options. I tried to explain simply having variety does not make something OP, and when it comes to chaos being cheesy/OP that involves throwing 3 Heldrakes and even that that can be dicey, without them they's just a average to above average army. Then he continues on to to express how he feels his Kaldor Draigo with 2 squads of paladins with Stormravens and psybolt dreadnoughts aren't all that strong.

So now I'm just sitting here wondering if he's just baiting me or if he's serious. Either way I find it ironic he calls my army OP when he keeps beating my army

How are thousand sons marines? I never fielded them before but I have this urge to do 1k sons in my upcoming 500 point game, cause AP3 bolters seem kinda cool

So how do daemons fare this codex
Was thinking about picking up some daemons as allies for my Emp's Children. I'll probably get some Daemonettes anyways but I'm still curious how daemons are overall.

"Catch it!" Katherine yell as she tossed the large sword to you.
As you catch it, the large golden sword started to burst in flames. You can feel the great power from it and feel like you are holding on the God Emperor's sword!

You turned to Slaanesh and her daemonettes while you holding the flaming sword in front of you. Slaanesh and the daemonttes jerk back when they saw it.


What will you do?
A: Attack them with the sword while yelling "For Emperor!"
B: Intimidate them with the sword.
