fukn come over!!!

i love the multiple intelligences theory. i consider someone intelligent if they have good manners, but others consider intelligence as being directly related to 'kill or be killed'.

i tend to take consequences of actions into consideration, so high-flying 150+ types who are full of themselves dont factor as 'intelligent' to me.

go wisdom! go compassion! go kindness!

AND DONT TROLL ME!!!

isnt it time gay sex was made the norm? itd save so many problems.

as for your abortion, there are different kinds of substances to take, but it really does depend on how long the feotus has been there.

if you cant abort, i really recommend taking care of it anyway.

best of luck.

sorry to be rude, but you are an idiot.

on what grounds to you connect particle physics and quantum mechanics to philosopy?

return to start. do not pass go. do not collect $200.

well, why not focus on quality now?

moving all people into one are will have a fairly adverse effect on cultures and languages. and i've seldom known differing belief systems to work together.

as an ideal, moving everyone together seems to make some very large assumptions about a great many things is i guess what im trying to communicate.

but i appreciate your intentions.

Trolls are magical thats why we can never find the fuckers.

>> No.1197576 [View]

Yeah move everyone into one place. Mmmmrrrrright.

How about we reduce population growth with the aim of reversing it so that we dont need to move everyone into one stinking human offal filled hell, and so too reduce pollution and develop the concept of quality not quantitiy of life while we're at it?

pink hitler... DOH!!!

animal = just do it. human = just fuck it.

from what i can gather, ur bro and friend need to spend some more time studying up on what 'nature' is and how the scientific method tries to provide the clearest way of understanding what 'nature' actually is.

'destroying the planet' is an anthropocentric concept, so i recommend you three think about the changes we perceive happening in the context of what those changes are related to and its effects.

the evolution of human beings is very strange, but we are here. personally, i believe homosapiens have out done themselves a little re mass extinctions. but this planets is replete with them.

perhaps the guilt you may be feeling is the source of your arguments, and it's time to do something about the environmental horrors you see around you?

best of luck!

ok, well maybe instead of women choosing abortion, perhaps we /sci/ types can develp a way to turn pregnency on and off.

how about guys getting their tubes tied or redirected so the spermettes go a different route?

>> No.1186258 [View]

i reckon we should let the women decide what's best to do about it, to be both brutally practical and honest.

and on that note, why not have recommended abortions to help curb this rediculous over-population problem we have on this planet? let's face it - more human trash wandering the face of the planet isn't pro-life, it's pro-obesity.

read elaine morgan's books on evolution. you may get some insights about what 'the theory of evolution' actually means.

sweetest of luck darling xooxox

ive been using both homeopathy and natural medicines since childhood, and that may or may not explain my psychological issues.

failing that, using the scientific method, when i take the right remedy shit gets fixed up.

doh!

sorry you poor little thing with bad teeth.

how amusing. i thought science tested theories and /rel/ believed in ideas.

as for string theory, if it's effectively proven through the scientific method, the theory will be used and applied.

amen

and that's exactly my point about being 'gay'. not everyone is so due to either genetic or cultural factors. there's more to it than a simple definition, that's all i was trying to say.

>> No.1180437 [View]

ive spent a lotta time deliberately standing next to balcony railings and 'acting' nonchalant, walking over bridges, etc.

sorry, no scientific data about the causes, but i dont freak out as much as i used to now. i hope you can overcome it!

>> No.1180390 [View]

from my subjective experiences in the subject, and data collected, and study at uni, i have to say that not all people are gay due to the same causes.

i knew i liked guys from age 8, and what kind of guy i liked most. sexually over-developed? at 8?

the only clearest scientific perspective i can bring to this topic is: something unmeasurable doesn't mean it doesn't exist. as a trekker, a tricorder doesn't pick everything up.

culture must be based on scientific evidence, but culture must also allow for the facts that haven't yet been discovered. if we followed the scientific facts, wouldn't well all have hangings of hitler in our houses now?

can science measure compassion? or wisdom? or how about humanity? these are social values that don't seem to get a lot of press.

to return to the topic, being gay is a strange experience. in the best traditions of science, i recommend everyone try stepping in each other's shoes, and this goes for being male/female too, to obtain some experiential facts.

good luck to you all!
