Thank you so much for sharing these amazing tips. I must say you are an incredible writer, I love the way that you describe the things. Please keep sharing.

No everyone notices trivial mistakes, but stopping the lecture to correct them is fucking stupid and ruins everyone's concentration.

tetanus is a bacterial infection. How do you think the bacteria can be introduced deep into your tissues by boiling water?

let A = x -7
let B = x +19
A = B
A/B = 1

lim x -> inf (A/B) = 1 = A/B
x -> inf satisfies the equation A/B = 1
therefore, x is infinity.

No, OP.

IF you had a sheet of atoms one atom in thickness, you'd have a foil, not a knife. Think aluminum foil.

You cannot into thermodynamics.
Unisolated systems decrease in entropy all the time.

What about "Colder" don't you understand?

T = dE/dS

all negative temperature means is that the entropy of the system decreases when you add energy. It doesn't feel colder than absolute zero if you touch it.

The gas has negative temperature. Negative temperature is not colder than absolute zero.

>Pushing something out of its orbit != achieving escape velocity.

The energies required to push something out of orbit and for it to attain escape velocity are the same. once it's out of earth's orbit, it'll be in the sun's orbit, and we need to push it further into mars' orbit. If we fail to do it fast enough, it will come back to bite earth in the booty.

x-x = 26
x * (0) = 26
x * t = 26

lim t->0 (x*t = 26)
lim t->0 (x= 26/t)
lim t ->0 (x = 0 / 1)

x = 0

we don't need to do it, someone else already has:

the thrust in any plane is relative to the atmosphere's velocity, not to the wheels' velocity.

Any plane would take off since there's hardly any friction in the wheels of an aircraft.

>Since we started with over half the atoms in the spin-down state, initially this drives the system towards a 50/50 mixture, so the entropy is increasing, corresponding to a positive temperature. However, at some point more than half of the spins are in the spin-up position. In this case, adding additional energy reduces the entropy, since it moves the system further from a 50/50 mixture. This reduction in entropy with the addition of energy corresponds to a negative temperature.

>For the system to have a ground state, the trace to converge, and the density operator to be generally meaningful, βH must be positive semidefinite. So if hν < μ, and H is negative semidefinite, then β must itself be negative, implying a negative temperature.

Pulled from wikipedia. It must be true.

a single cell is life.
I can destroy the one on the left and it's not murder.
An unborn human is life.
therefore, i can destroy the one on the right and it's no murder.

Model it as a Step function multiplied by a natural exponent, or a hyperbola.

I = Ce^(kt) for T >= 0
or
I = k/t function for t > 0.
