Apply to all the Universities you wanted to, write an amazing personal statement. Retake your exams in June, take a gap year if you don't get in. Volunteer and get some working experience in the field you need to during the year you have free, that way even if you fail at this June you can retake AGAIN in January.

It's foolproof, really. You get to the University you want with the degree you want, and you get to spend a year getting a taste of the working world.

Everybody else is going to bring the basics, so I thought I'd bring something which can teach people for a better understanding of both themselves and others around them. They're actually quite useful, don't be so judgemental.

I would take my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy textbook and something else NLP-related.

I dumped my long-term girlfriend 3 months before exams because she was wasting too much time with me and needed to get into her University of choice.

Since I'm currently out of education I don't see the need in wasting time with a girl.

Raise your confidence. You're the only one making yourself feel inadequate. Nobody else. If you want to get over your fear, get comfortable with it first. Agoraphobic people start small with crowds, so first going into corner shops, then bigger stores, then supermarkets etc over a period of time. Do that with women. Go from girls you think are ugly to girls you think are attractive.
