Is there anything you could put in cigarettes to chemically sterilize people?

If so, then why haven't we already put it in Newports, Black & Milds and Kools?

Occasionally I overeat or eat too fast and I guess it pushes stuff up from my lungs because I'll hack up big wads of crap for 20 or 30 minutes. Is the benefit of getting this stuff out worth the occasional overeating? Is there a better way to get it out or just not have it accumulate in the first place?
