It would be the same as the original ratio wouldn't it?
What other supply of cytosine would be present to change that ratio?

Of the L and UL CTP in each fragment?

Well you know how many are labeled and how many aren't, couldn't you just take the ratio of labeled CTP and unlabeled CTP and apply it to the pcr?

I think they use chips with nucleotide bases on them,
that light up when bound to.

It basically keeps replicating a desired sequence, and counts how many of the fragments that are the sequence.
I think.
Haven't reached that part of The Molecular Biology of the Cell 5th ed.

Hey, I've got a question,
why does this exsit in plants (chlorophyll alpha), blood (beta heme group), and mitochondria (cytochrome complex)?

All wasps pollinate.
They kill only to feed their carnivorous larvae, while adult wasps feed on pollen, nectar, and secretions from their own larvae.

Thanks for that, now I feel bad for removing the small fly and grasshopper it ate today, i just wanted it to have a clean environment. I can always get more tomorrow though.
How do temperatures affect small spiders like this?
It is getting brisk as of late and I want to know if I should put a blanket over the container at night.

Wasps don't deserve the bad rap they get.
Paper wasps hardly ever sting, and if so it will only be to protect their nest, which they allow you to get very close to.
Some paper wasps have facial recognition abilities on par with humans and other intelligent animals.

So recently I found this neat spider in my room and decided to keep it in a container for a few days, things are working out much better than expected, it eats any insect I put in there.
I was wondering two things, What type of spider is it, my guess is a small orb weaver.
And should I remove the insects it has killed and sucked on for while, or will it continue eating them later?
