Leg hair grows all the time as well, it just falls out pretty fast thus never growing beyond a certain length.

Anyways:
Intelligence without knowledge - There is no one to ask, but people can figure stuff out.
If learning things fast means figuring everything out in an instant there is of course no need for knowledge.
Knowledge without intelligence - There is no one to figure stuff out, but there already things known.
If the things already known are everything which can be figured out there is of course no need for intelligence.

If none of the two extrema is given a compromise between the two is always needed, based on the level of them and the art of the situation (e.g. urgency = knowledge, perfection = intelligence)

I believe so since humans were intelligent enough to make up a semi-working rule system (what we have now) out of nothing when they realized it's the better way to go. It will work the same way again probably. I'm not saying it's not gonna be bloody.

(The negative part of the Sin function should negate the positive one).

We learned the multiplication table up to 10 in grade 3 or 4.
No point in actually "learning" them further since you can derive everything from that.
In 5th grade we learned the the square numbers until 25², because you often have to recognize those.
