Prove it.

Unless you have photographic evidence of it being shot in a studio, I won't believe you.

Also, good luck identifying any aerial imagery without labels or training. Go on Google maps and see if you can find your house with the sane resolution as OP's pic.

Do you really think you are not subject to the the tenets of logic?

There are literally tons of photographs of the lunar lander out there, not to mention the copious equipment and information collected from the journeys. Find it on Google.

The fact that you do not consider it adequate evidence does not show that the evidence inconsequential, but rather that your logic is flawed.

And you will find some minute, inconsequential detail that will allow you to dismiss it.

Think about it: you're asking for non-labeled photographic evidence... of something that you never seen and claim did not happen.

How the well would something that is unlabeled help you identify something that you think never existed?

Protip: conspiracy theorists suffer from the perfect storm of confirmation bias and cognitive dissonance. They will NEVER be satisfied reason and evidence.

Crappy comic related.

But you do need some background in philosophical theory to understand the mechanics behind political rhetoric, marketing, propaganda, persuasive speech, why/how the public react to ideas and people the way they do, etc...

Again, lack of tangibility does not mean lack of value.

And I'd like to hear your reason for why the public should continue to subsidize "nontangible" sciences.

That we'd still have calculus somehow even if there are no dedicated mathematicians...

I can see a parallel between what theoretical physics to that average facebook layperson and what philosophy is to the average /sci/ poster.

Just because you don't understand its utility and value doesn't mean that they do not exist.

Pic related: that is you.

I can say the same about mathematicians and calculus.

Philosophers pioneered a lot of that stuff and it's still applicable to things that involve communication, ethics, and social analysis today.

Then again, you might be one of those types who measure value in tangibles only.

It's not bad for everything.

It doesn't require a lot of expressions to convey that you know 9/15 is greater than 4/7.

It's a who 'nother story for topics like english, history, or any other higher level topic though.

Critical thought?
Introspection?
Logic and ethic systems?

Ignorance is not strength, OP.,

>promoting nukes in modern political climate

You might as well advocate eugenics in Germany.

Nuclear * has become an icon for everything that was wrong with the world since the mid Cold War. TMI, Chernobyl, and pop culture has sealed its image.

It doesn't matter what your arguments, until the last generation that had to deal with almost any nuclear incident die off, nuclear will not be accepted.

Not that it matters, there are better options out there.

There is an aura in things that are authentic.

Most people would not be able to tell a classical masterpiece from any contemporary painting, but the classical piece is still more valuable on several magnitudes.

You simply cannot have an honest discussion on race and IQ in this political environment.

It's like talking about the virtues of eugenics; people are conditioned to cling on to their ideology and not let go (think brainwashed fundies).
