Are you sure? I mean yeah if it's Japanese it's written in kanji but usually Japanese mixes the hiragana + katakana in with the kanji. I don't usually see Japanese documents written all in kanji unless they're super oldschool. I'm probably wrong though.

Honestly? It can be confusing because I constantly forget which side of my body I am using. As a person heavily involved in athletics, this can be a tricky issue. I coach figure skating for monies, and I have to always be mindful as to whether the kids I'm working with are left or right-handed.
Cognitively? Anyone can be ambidextrous. Technically. It just means you have to take some time out erryday to sit there are write with the hand you usually don't use, etc. Try matching activity you do with a particular side of your body to the hand or foot that carries out the task located on that same side - it will improve your baseline.
